Wilkasen Estates provides best affordable house construction with its groups thus the standard, executive and luxury. Also provide you with a flexible payment plan for your home construction

You will be required to pay the cost of the house within 6, 12 or 18 months. Below are the payment plan:

Prices have really gone up and shot our budget by some 30% to 50%. Payment plan for construction would be in phases:

1. Phase 1 – 20% of total budget
Documentation, Foundation level to floor level.

2. Phase 2 – 40% of total budget.
Super structure, roofing, grounds work.
plumbing work (phase 1), electrical work (phase 1).

3. Phase 3 – 20% of total budget.
plastering, tile works, plumbing work(phase 2), electrical work (phase 2).

4. Phase 4 – 20% of total budget.
Painting and Finishing works.

This is an estimate, with contingency option.

You can however compare prices of such building on the market and let’s talk, there are a few things that can be changed to reduce cost a bit.
